What subject matter can you draw?

You can see examples of my work on my Portfolio page. These are just a few examples of my work, I mainly receive commissions for pets, however I can cover a wide range of subjects from landscapes to flowers to people in either ink or pencil.

How big/small can my commission be?

I usually quote using standard paper sizes (A3, A2, A1 etc.), however I can also produce on bespoke paper sizes. The size of the commission also depends on the subject matter for example a horse would be best no smaller than A3.

Can I send you a photo to draw from?

Yes - I work from photos of the subject matter which you can send to me, however if possible I do like to take the photos myself if the subject matter is on the Isle of Man where I live, especially of animals so I can meet them and get a feel for their personalities which helps me capture their character in the artwork.

Are the pictures framed?

I usually complete pictures unframed so you can choose the best frame to suit your home and personal style.

How long do commissions take?

This very much depends on the size and complexity of the subject matter as well as demand at the time. The process usually takes 3 weeks once I have the photographs, however this can take longer at busier times like Christmas so it is best to get commissions in early.

How much does a commission cost?

Prices start from £110.00, Please use the GET A QUOTE page for your specific commission details as this will give you an accurate costing for your commission.

Do you do prints or just commissions?

Yes - from time to time prints will be available to buy on this website and at my exhibitions.
